.NET: As one of two main development mediums, this practice continues to gain ground as an application/product development environment. Its extended toolkits, scalability options and associated low cost of development has made this practice one of the fastest growing technical arenas in recent years.

ERP: Driven mainly by SAP and Oracle, this practice continues to show resilience even as it moves from the large enterprise to the SMB market space. Juventus has helped organization of all sizes implement, customize and support these environments over the past 7 years and we continue to be a valued partner to a number of companies in this field.

Sales/Marketing: As companies build, test and finally release their products, it is often the sales and marketing initiatives that can spell the difference for the health of the bottom line. Java/J2EE: This is perhaps one of the most in-demand skills in the market today. Its’ value to the development world is immense as a cross-platform development tool. Professional Services: This field was seperated from the strictly technical realm because of its heavy emphasis on the human interaction factor and its relevance to successful project delivery. The candidates that Juventus represents in this field are Consultants by nature who understand the role of communication, obtain buy-in and help enterprises implement, migrate, deploy or upgrade products and / or services that impact productivity and the bottom line. These individuals always have the right mix of technical knowledge, strong communication skills, functional subject matter expertise and are sensitive to deliverables and watershed events. They are the Project Managers, Business/Systems Analysts, Solutions Architects and Engagement Managers charged with translating technical requirements into deliverables.
