Practice Segmentation

Juventus Consulting has segmented the I.T sector along distinct Lines of Business. These practices are designed to accurately reflect how candidates define themselves and how clients describe their technical environments or business models.

.NET: As one of two main development mediums, this practice continues to gain ground as an application/product development environment. Its extended toolkits, scalability options and associated low cost of development has made this practice one of the fastest growing technical arenas in recent years.

ERP: Driven mainly by SAP and Oracle, this practice continues to show resilience even as it moves from the large enterprise to the SMB market space. Juventus has helped organization of all sizes implement, customize and support these environments over the past 7 years and we continue to be a valued partner to a number of companies in this field.

Sales/Marketing: As companies build, test and finally release their products, it is often the sales and marketing initiatives that can spell the difference for the health of the bottom line. Juventus understand the pivotal role the Sales and marketing teams play in the life of an enterprise, and we continue to identify professionals with the right know-how, rolodex and Subject Matter Expertise required to design and implement successful Sales and Marketing Campaigns.

Java/J2EE: This is perhaps one of the most in-demand skills in the market today. Its’ value to the development world is immense as a cross-platform development tool. Its multi-faceted components are not always well understood by the Software Developers/Team Leader/Architects. It is for this reason that Juventus has been a Canadian leader in supplying our partners with Strong Java/J2EE professionals.

Telecom/Infrastructure: This is the backbone of the internet as well as home network and, by its very nature, encompasses Network Security, PKI and Voice/IP among its many manifestations. Our expertise in this field is focused on 2 market sectors: The Carriers/Service providers who employ all aspects of the Infrastructure spectrum, and the vendors and service providers that supply the market, both Consumer and Enterprise, with niche services and products.

CRM: This particular practice is driven by Siebel, having become, by default, the dominant player, although other CRM packages like Vantive, Clarify and Remedy are still in play. Juventus is proud to say we are the “go to” staffing partners to some of the best known Siebel shops in Canada, including the largest Siebel environment in the Canadian Financial Industry.

Professional Services: This field was seperated from the strictly technical realm because of its heavy emphasis on the human interaction factor and its relevance to successful project delivery. The candidates that Juventus represents in this field are Consultants by nature who understand the role of communication, obtain buy-in and help enterprises implement, migrate, deploy or upgrade products and / or services that impact productivity and the bottom line. These individuals always have the right mix of technical knowledge, strong communication skills, functional subject matter expertise and are sensitive to deliverables and watershed events. They are the Project Managers, Business/Systems Analysts, Solutions Architects and Engagement Managers charged with translating technical requirements into deliverables.
